About i5 Land Services

Background

i5 Land Services is a Veteran owned and operated one-man operation based in rural west Kerr
County. The premise for this operation is to serve rural areas in all surrounding counties, but
not limited to Kerr, Kimble, Real, Bandera and Gillespie counties. I have been involved with
ranching and cattle since the early 80’s and previously worked ranches without much, if any,
mechanical equipment. I left the cattle business in 2023 and purchased equipment that would
facilitate working land with greater ease (skid steer, dump trailer, attachments, etc). I
thoroughly enjoy being outdoors and helping folks become “stewards of their land.”
 

Mission

To provide professional land services in an honest and timely manner. Due to frustrations
experienced regarding the lack of follow-up by numerous contractors or independents, and
false hopes in simply obtaining a callback, estimate or promise of service, I decided to do the
work myself!

Goal
 

To place “boots on the ground” and physically meet every potential customer requesting a bid
for service. To assist a vast group of people who value a business strategy that does things the
old-fashioned way. Yes, technology is important, but I strongly believe it cannot replace
genuine human to human interactions and it sure cannot replace values like hard work,
honesty, integrity and treating others with utmost respect and professionalism.
